She answered all my questions super quickly too. The sign arrived within a week and was even better than expected. Very high quality. She recommended the dimmer control and boy was she right the sign is amazingly bright so it’s great for different purposes! Couldn’t fault the service or product. Sophie is a credit to this company!

Love my sign, which I use to showcase my services at wedding fairs since i purchased it in January. A few weeks ago the dimmer adaptor stopped working, after trying to find the right size adaptor online (I was just going to buy one from eBay or Amazon), and couldn't quite find the right size, I reached back out to Sophie to ask where she got them from so I could purchase one, and she popped another in the post free of charge. So thank you for that, totally unexpected.
