Our neon signs are made from flexible silicone LED tubing, mounted onto acrylic, which combines to create a lightweight, energy efficient, safe and durable light. 

Unlike traditional glass neon, there is much less risk of our lights breaking. The tubing emits very little heat and is safe to touch, even when there are little hands around!

Lightweight: Our signs are super lightweight, so easy transportable by one person from palace to place. 

Energy efficient: LED neon only needs 12 volts to be powered. Therefore a huge cost saving in comparison to traditional glass neon which requires 15,000 volts. 

Cost Saving: The saving can be up to 80% compared to traditional glass neon. 

Eco-friendly: Due to their low energy consumption, they are much more energy efficient compared to traditional lighting. 

Safe: LED neon stays cool and is safe to touch.

We offer 10 different neon colours to choose from.

Please bear in mind that the colour may appear slightly different based on the lighting in your space. In darker rooms, neon appears brighter than in daylight settings.

— Power supply: 12V 5A 5 amp, 60W AC/DC adaptor transformer.

— Chrome fixings. The fixing we provide can then be used to mount to the wall through the pre-drilled holes in the acrylic. The amount of fixings provided will be suitable for the size of the sign.

If you'd like to add in an LED dimmer, they are available to purchase at checkout.

All our signs are mains powered, and plug directly into a power socket. We use a 12v transformer, so all of our signs run on low voltage.

The cable is 3 metres in total. 2 metres of this is a clear cable that exits the sign. From the adapter, the further metre is black cable that runs to the plug. 

Need a longer cable? No problem! Just let us know before you order and we can add an additional 1-2 metre.

All of our signs come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults.

From when you place an order, your light will be delivered within 10-12 working days. 

Our sign last up to 50,000 hours! This doesn't mean your sign will no longer work at that point, it just means that it may not be as bright. 

If you have any problems with the sign, it's usually the transformer that has failed. These can be quickly replaced within the warranty period, or purchased if you're outside of your warranty. 

We can make our sign outdoor suitable (IP67 waterproof rating), but please let us know prior to order, as it requires a different process and an additional cost.   

Once you have gone through our custom design form, spoken with our design team and settled on a design, you will be sent a link for the payment prior to production. Once the payment for your sign has been settled, your sign will be sent to production. Once your sign is safely packaged and dispatched, we will update your order with tracking details.

Your package will need to be signed for, unless you have instructed the drive to leave it in a safe place. You will receive tracking details before delivery, and will have the option to accept the delivery on an alternative day or authorise a safe place.

We offer free UK delivery on all orders. International delivery is calculated at checkout before you proceed.

Our signs come with pre-drilled holes in the acrylic backing, which can then be wall mounted with the screws provided. 

Alternatively, if you do not want to drill into a wall, you can use command strips.

Please note we can not be held liable for any damage to the sign if the strips are not used correctly.
