Our neon signs are made from flexible silicone LED tubing, mounted onto acrylic, which combines to create a lightweight, energy efficient, safe and durable light. 

Unlike traditional glass neon, there is much less risk of our lights breaking. The tubing emits very little heat and is safe to touch, even when there are little hands around!

Lightweight: Our signs are super lightweight, so easy transportable by one person from palace to place. 

Energy efficient: LED neon only needs 12 volts to be powered. Therefore a huge cost saving in comparison to traditional glass neon which requires 15,000 volts. 

Cost Saving: The saving can be up to 80% compared to traditional glass neon. 

Eco-friendly: Due to their low energy consumption, they are much more energy efficient compared to traditional lighting. 

Safe: LED neon stays cool and is safe to touch.

Please bear in mind that the colour may appear slightly different based on the lighting in your space. In darker rooms, neon appears brighter than in daylight settings.

Every LED neon sign includes:

• A suitable power supply, transformer and UK plug
• A remote dimmer to control the brightness
• The appropriate wall fixings
• A full-size paper installation template with the drilling holes clearly marked

Our LED neon signs are supplied with a suitable power supply, transformer and UK plug. They can be plugged into a standard socket or hardwired by a qualified electrician if required.

The cable is 3 metres in total. 2 metres of this is a clear cable that exits the sign. From the adapter, the further metre is black cable that runs to the plug. 

Need a longer cable? No problem! Just let us know before you order and we can add an additional 1-2 metre.

All of our signs come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults.

LED neon signs are manufactured within 7 calendar days after your design has been approved. All other types of signage are manufactured within 10 working days after design and technical approval. Delivery time is additional, and tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

Our sign last up to 50,000 hours! This doesn't mean your sign will no longer work at that point, it just means that it may not be as bright. 

If you have any problems with the sign, it's usually the transformer that has failed. These can be quickly replaced within the warranty period, or purchased if you're outside of your warranty. 

Yes. LED neon signs can be manufactured for indoor or outdoor use. For outdoor signs, the sign and LED components are rated IP67. Please tell us that the sign will be used outside before ordering, as it requires a different specification and may involve an additional cost.

Send us your wording, logo or idea through our custom design form. We aim to reply within 24 hours with a design proposal and pricing. Once you approve the design and complete payment, your sign moves into production. We will send tracking details when it has been quality checked, packaged and dispatched.

Yes. We offer free UK delivery on orders over £100, including delivery to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and UK islands. International delivery costs are calculated separately.

Most deliveries require a signature. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details from the courier. Depending on the courier’s available options, you may be able to select another delivery day or authorise a suitable safe place.

LED neon signs are supplied ready to install with the appropriate wall fixings and a full-size paper template showing the drilling holes. Position and level the template, mark the fixing points and use fixings suitable for your wall. Plug-in signs can then be connected to a standard socket. Any hardwired electrical connection must be completed by a qualified electrician.
