01 LED neon signs
- Position the sign and mark the fixing holes.
- Check the marks are level and clear of hidden pipes or cables.
- Drill the holes and fit the appropriate wall plugs.
- Secure the sign using the supplied fixings without overtightening.
- Connect the low-voltage cable, plug in and test the sign.
Important: Use fixings suitable for your wall. Stop and ask a tradesperson if you are unsure about hidden pipes, cables or the wall construction.
02 Halo-lit letters & logos
- Tape the full-size installation template securely to the wall.
- Check the template is level and mark every fixing and cable point.
- Confirm the wall is clear of hidden pipes and cables, then drill the marked holes.
- Mount each letter in its labelled position using the supplied fixings.
- Ask a qualified electrician to complete and test the electrical connection.
Important: Hardwired power connections must be completed by a qualified electrician. Larger or high-level signs may require a professional sign installer.
03 Face-lit acrylic letters
- Position and level the supplied installation template.
- Mark each fixing point and the planned cable route.
- Drill the fixing holes using a bit suitable for the mounting surface.
- Install each letter or logo piece in the numbered position.
- Ask a qualified electrician to connect the power and test the illumination.
Important: Use an experienced sign installer for exterior, high-level or heavy installations. Electrical connections must be completed by a qualified electrician.
04 Lightboxes
- Measure the installation position and mark a level fixing line.
- Use the lightbox mounting points or bracket to mark the fixing holes.
- Drill and install fixings rated for the wall and the sign weight.
- Lift the lightbox into place and secure every fixing point.
- Ask a qualified electrician to complete and test the power connection.
Important: Lightboxes can be heavy. Use a professional installer for large, exterior or high-level signs and a qualified electrician for hardwired connections.
05 Metal letters & plaques
- Position the installation template and check it is level.
- Mark each stud or fixing point through the template.
- Confirm the wall is clear, then drill holes to the required depth.
- Test-fit the letters or plaque before applying any specified adhesive.
- Secure each piece and remove the template and protective film.
Important: Use the fixing method supplied with your order. Exterior, overhead or heavy signage should be fitted by an experienced sign installer.

What if my fixings look different from the video?
Your sign is supplied for its specific size, weight and mounting method, so the fixings may vary. Follow the instructions packed with your order and contact us if anything is unclear.
Can I install an illuminated sign myself?
Plug-in LED neon signs can usually be mounted by following the supplied guide. Hardwired signs and any mains electrical connections must be completed by a qualified electrician.
What should I do if my wall surface is not shown?
Fixings depend on the wall construction. Before drilling, ask a suitable tradesperson to confirm the correct fixings for plasterboard, masonry, tile or another surface.
