Step by step
Install your sign
Align the template
Position the template at the approved height. Check its horizontal and vertical reference lines before securing it.
Mark fixings and cables
Transfer every fixing and cable point from the template to the wall, keeping the template flat and still.
Drill and prepare
Check for hidden services, drill the marked points and install fixings rated for the wall and sign weight.
Install the letters
Mount each numbered component in its matching template position. Check spacing and alignment as you progress.
Connect and inspect
Ask a qualified electrician to connect and test the sign. Remove protective film only after the installation is complete.
Important: Electrical connections must be completed by a qualified electrician. Use an experienced sign installer for exterior, high-level or heavy installations.
Common questions
Need to check something?
When should I remove the protective film?
Leave protective film in place during fitting where possible, then peel it away carefully once drilling and installation work is complete.
What if the letters are not level?
Stop before completing the electrical connection. Recheck the template baseline and each component’s labelled position.
