FAQ
How are the signs powered?
All our signs are mains powered, and plug directly into a power socket.
We use a 12v transformer, so all of our signs run on low voltage.
Whats Included?
Each sign comes with a 12V 5A (60W) AC/DC power adaptor and chrome wall fixings, designed to mount securely through the pre-drilled acrylic holes. The number of fixings supplied is matched to the size of your sign.
An LED dimmer is also included, allowing you to adjust brightness as needed.
How do you mount the sign on the wall?
Our signs come with pre-drilled holes in the acrylic backing, which can then be wall mounted with the fixings screws provided.
Alternatively, if you do not want to drill into a wall, you can use command strips.
Can I dim the brightness?
Yes — all our LED neon signs come with a dimmer, allowing you to adjust brightness for mood or time of day.
